You can help us in many ways...making a donation, organising a charity fund-raising event, donating an item or service for one of our many charity raffles and auctions...the list is endless. Below you'll find details of how you can help in some specific ways, but please contact us directly to discuss any other ideas you have to help us.

We've set a very ambitious target for our fundraising in order to make the level of change and improvement that will make a real difference to the Oncology treatment areas at the hospital. And it's only through donations from our many supporters that will allow us to achieve this.

Enclose a covering letter with your name and contact details, and if appropriate, a description of the event that raised the money.
We organise a great many raffles and charity auctions so are always on the look-out for great prizes. If you'd like to donate something, please get in touch.
Your gift can be any item or service that we can auction or raffle.
Many of our donations are a result of events organised by our supporters. Some are individual events involving walkers, marathon runners, cake-bakers, etc. and some are organised by local shools, Scout groups and the like. We also get great support from local companies that organise charity events on our behalf.
If you're taking part in a sponsored event and would like to make a donation to us, or if you're thinking of organising an event from scratch, let us know and we'll do what we can to help. We can promote your activity or event here on the website and can help you with tickets, flyers and other advertising. Of course, we'd love to come and watch your event and get some photographs for our website!
If you'd like some official hospital sponsorship forms, please email south.finance@ipswichhospital.nhs.uk. Tell them about your event, when it is and how many sponsorship forms you'd like (they have about 20 lines each). And make sure you let them know it's for Woolverstone Wish.
You could also setup a JustGiving page to make it easier for your supporters to donate money. Go to the hospital charity page at www.justgiving.com/ipswichhospital and click the 'Make your page' button to create your own event page. Make sure you mention Woolverstone Wish in your event description.
